Alimentomica
In 2011, "Alimentomica S.L." was created as a spin-off from our research group as a technology-based company of the UIB and is led by Prof. Andreu Palou. Alimentomica focuses on research and development of new compounds, technologies and innovative practices to improve the nutrition and health of people.
